Quick 4 miler July 31, 2010

Today I had lunch plans with a friend, so I sneaked into the gym this morning for a quick 4 miler. My pace was pretty good for me, 44:12, which was a 11:03 pace, not my fastest, but definitely not my slowest. I am starting to find out that I often run faster outside as I can dictate my own speed than I do inside on a treadmill at a consistent pace. I would have thought the treadmill “helped” me go faster, but that is not the case.

Both of my cameras just ran out of batteries, ugh. Breakfast : 1 egg, 4 egg whites + nonfat latte

Lunch: 2 slices of pizza with an enormous salad consisting only of iceberg lettuce and cucumbers (salad bar had no veggies)

Snack: Awesome pb chocolate chip Larabar

Dinner: 4 oz. lean hamburger with 1 c. green beans

Gym workout tonight, I did legs and calves and threw in another 20 minutes of cardio.
