My morning started early with the standard egg, egg white + oatmeal breakfast. Soon after, I was off to my Auditing class, then home to begin studying for an online quiz. What I thought would take about 2 hours ended up taking all day, we are talking 7-8 hours worth of review, yuck. My intentions were to get to the gym sometime today, but since it is roughly 8 pm right now, I think I will just cut my losses and resume tomorrow for an early morning run.
Here are my meals for today, as you can see, 2/3 of the day I ate well, but the stress took over and I ventured out for fast food this evening. I ate the roast beef sandwich, half of the fries, and about 1/3 of the milkshake (I’m saving the rest for Ralph as a “surprise”). Sometimes you just don’t feel like cooking and want greasy food. The great thing about is it that I don’t feel guilty and I am moving on, what is one meal in the grand scheme of things?
Does anyone else feel guilty after eating fast food?
